You can come dressed in what some people call, “regular” clothes. We don’t want you to worry about dressing up for church. God sees your heart-and you don’t need a suit and tie or a dress to connect with God. You don’t need to put on your ‘Sunday best’ to find Jesus. You can wear a suit if you feel like it, but normally hardly anyone does in our church. So come hungry for an encounter with God.

Generally we don’t use titles for people. We just use names. (So the ‘pastor’ is called by his first name-David) and regular members or leaders are called by their first names as well. No ‘brother so and so’ or ‘elder so and so’ in our congregation.
Our songs are typically sung to God, rather than about God. So we encourage people to forget about how those around you are singing and focus on worship from the heart. Stand, sit, dance or kneel, as long as you are worshipping from the heart.
Humor is a vital part of our community. We believe in laughter as part of the healthy interaction of Christ-centered people. Jesus was full of joy and laughter in our community is a direct expression of His presence in our lives. Check out the Yohzik story to catch a bit of our unique history of humor as a congregation.

Come and join us this Sunday. We look forward to welcoming you as we gather together to experience Jesus.
