Some of our Core Values

  • Loving relationships*
  • The Gospel of Jesus Christ
  • Christ’s commands to His followers
  • Harp & bowl prayer (spontaneous worship mixed with praying from the Bible)
  • Intimate & energizing worship (loving God by worship singing directly to God without showmanship)
  • Power (spiritual gifts touching people’s lives as described in the Bible)
  • Mercy ministry to the poor (giving generously to those who are unable to help themselves)
  • Equipping the saints (helping Christians learn how to do what God made them for)
  • Multiplication (helping Christians develop others around them)
  • Simplicity (focusing leadership & administrative efforts to maximize spiritual growth)
  • All nations (we deeply value people of other cultures and love to interact with them)

It’s their aim to cultivate a spiritual church that is healthy marked primarily by an ever increasing group of spiritual & close-knit disciples of Jesus who truly love & obey Jesus above all else…and love each other through thick and thin.

*Christian loving relationships (we define love as something that is rooted in clear thinking & humility. That produces a valuing of someone to the point that your whole being is stirred…and your love for them is not able to contain itself. Real love must express itself personally so that the person you love realizes how you feel about them. This is clearly seen in how we choose to spend our time, resources and in how we resolve conflicts with those we say we love).
